Yo yo, as you may have noticed I have not posted in quite sometime, practically a fortnight. These are the following reasons:
1)School
2)Work
3)Stress
Nothing particularly special but the usual antics.
Right now I'm so full of nicotine and caffeine I feel like I could run marathon, but I obviously I can't because of the first of the two. In spite of this, I've managed to sit down with the fierce determination to write a superb blog entry to compensate for the dry spell. Firstly, I would like to say that this past weekend has been life changing, I do not care to elaborate, but I did see Bob Dylan. Definitely requires no further explanation. All I can say is that it's the closest I'll get to heaven since he is essentially my god and especially because I'm not religious whatsoever. I wish I had got some photos for ya'll readers, but the ticket said no cameras, gotta abide by the law of the Bob Dylan tickets. But nobody was even checking bags. Probably because it wasn't some punker show where the majority of the audience was raging alcoholic/drug abusing teenagers. I offer my sympathy for the people who get those kind of fans. I'm pretty sure if I were a musician, I would want people to be sober and conscious when I played music. Surprisingly, only saw one Bob Dylan look-alike. The majority of people who showed were the original fans, whom one day I would like to be for another legendary performer, but there are FEW (as in practically none) of those these days. Legend is not an easy status to procure when music is a business of ownership, public opinion and image, rather than the audio art form it used to be, twenty, maybe ten years ago. That is just my classic rock bias screaming to be heard.
Someone dear to my heart asked me, what the highlight of my night was. Try, the whole night was the highlight of my LIFE.
